Refund/Cancellation Policy

At KENDRICK, we pride ourselves in customer satisfaction. We will replace or give store credit on any item that is defective. There is a 20% restocking fee for an order cancellation.

Shipping and Handling Policy

All Products are shipped from our warehouse in Kempner, Texas; usually within a couple of business days, depending on availability. If a product is backordered, it will ship as soon as it becomes available. Custom-built products are shipped after they are built and tested, which could be from 6 to 8 weeks.

Large packages are usually shipped via FED EX and smaller packages are usually shipped via USPS. International shipments are usually shipped via the best, most economical way and international rates will be quoted before the order is shipped.

We are open Monday through Friday from 10AM to 5PM excepting holidays. We occasionally answer the phone after regular store hours if we are available to do so.
