All Kendrick power tubes are tested and matched in a testing unit of our design, which accurately measures the performance of the tubes in an amplifier working situation. The tube tester is attached to a speaker load, which allows us to actually hear the tubes as well, revealing any microphonics or other noises. Pre-amp tubes are tested by ear in a Kendrick amplifier at its highest gain settings for noise, microphonics, and tone characteristics and then graded. Many tubes do not meet Kendrick standards and must be rejected. Time is spent to assure that a matched set of Kendrick tubes are as good as they can be. All Kendrick tubes are guaranteed for 6 months.
